PassRE: California Real Estate Exam Prep App
PassRE is a California real estate salesperson exam prep app built for one thing: helping you pass. It is precise and authoritative, closer to a professional study instrument than a quiz game.
What you get
- Exam simulator with 150 questions, 3 hours and a 70% pass mark, matching the DRE salesperson exam format.
- Practice by exam area: Property Ownership and Land Use, Agency and Fiduciary Duties, Valuation and Financial Analysis, Financing, and Contracts.
- Explanations that cite the law: every answer names the California statute it comes from, with a key takeaway and why each wrong option is wrong.
- Read the law: tap through to the cited section itself.
- Difficulty labels and bookmarks so you can focus on what you keep missing.
Free to install, with full access for 24 hours before a subscription is needed.
