Why PassRE is different: every answer shows the law

Most real estate exam prep tells you the answer. PassRE shows you where the answer comes from. Every explanation is written from California statute, such as the Civil Code, the Business and Professions Code and the DRE regulations, and names the exact section. In the app you can tap straight through to the law itself.

§ Civil Code 1102.3If a required disclosure is delivered after the buyer signs an offer, the buyer has 3 days after delivery in person, or 5 days after delivery by mail, to terminate the offer by written notice. (paraphrased)

That is the kind of rule that shows up on the California salesperson exam, and knowing the source makes it far easier to remember on test day.
